Has a big potential, but needs maintenance and proper kitchenware Positive: The studio looks nice at first glance, especially considering the low price. Spacious room, which would be perfect for a one-night stay. The management responds quickly to messages. The broken chair was eventually replaced. Very good location near the bud station. Negative: There is a large window, but the roller blind was broken. This meant I had to shower in complete darkness in the evening, as anyone outside could see straight into the bathroom. Both the shower and the bathroom sink were severely clogged, so the water barely drained at all. The sewage smell was so strong that I could only comfortably stay in the studio with the bathroom window open. The soap dispenser was completely empty, and apparently nobody checks or refills it. It was cold at nicht, because there was no duvet, only a bedsheet. This would be extremely cold during the colder months. There were two chairs in the studio, and both were broken. Since I had booked the studio primarily for work, I needed a proper chair. After I reported the issue, the management asked me where the missing screws had gone 😄. I suspect they had been missing for a very long time, as nobody seemed to have checked the furniture. The studio has a toaster, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine (but no coffee capsules). There is also a stovetop, but no microwave. More importantly, there is hardly any usable kitchenware: no teaspoons, glasses are just two and mismatched, and no pots or pans to heat up food. There were numerous black hairs on the bathroom door. I was there only two day and one time there was no running water in the building. You can hear practically everything. I was woken up by a phone vibrating in another room. I genuinely hope the management addresses these issues, because the studio has potential and could be a perfectly decent place to stay if it were properly maintained and equipped.
