Mucho por mejorar y aspectos básicos sin resolver Positive: El alojamiento tiene potencial y el proceso de llegada fue sencillo. El personal respondió con educación cuando contactamos. Negative: La ubicación no es buena y resulta poco práctica. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos varios problemas importantes: no había agua caliente en ningún momento, lo cual ya de por sí condiciona bastante la experiencia. Además, uno de los baños estaba sin terminar; los azulejos estaban colocados pero sin rematar, lo que puede resultar peligroso, especialmente si viajas con niños. Por otro lado, una de las habitaciones no tenía calefacción, por lo que era extremadamente fría e incómoda para dormir. De hecho, uno de los niños se puso enfermo debido a la baja temperatura de la habitación. En general, creemos que son aspectos básicos que afectan directamente a la comodidad y, sobre todo, a la seguridad de los huéspedes, y que deberían estar revisados antes de alojar a nadie. También nos sorprendió que el pago se realizara por transferencia, algo poco habitual en este tipo de reservas y que genera cierta desconfianza.

This is a nice spacious apartment with an amazing view! There are two balconies that offer a view of the mountains and a view of the castle, really spectacular. To get those view however it is located on a hill and the road to get there is a mostly dirt, very narrow road. It was an adventure to find it, but once we got the instructions it was better. We did walk to old town and up to the castle which was a good hike as it is a very beautiful but hilly town! The apartment has a full and half bath which was great. A few things need fixing but all in all a good stay!

Positive: Very spacious, good equipped, friendly host and big balcony, much additional blankets and clean. Negative: No heating in one of the sleeping rooms. Other than that a good option, if you dont mind being in the lower part of the city.
