Pleasant Positive: The property was so nice, spacious and really pretty. Loved all the facilities they had and from the balcony you get to see a very nice view of the mountains Negative: Very poor and delayed customer service when it came to paying for the property. Had to frequently go back and forth with them asking for how we can pay and requesting for bank transfer details. I mean why make the customer do that and you as a property should be quick and ready to getting paid. The bathroom drainage is so bad. After one shower the whole bathroom is flooded. The so called glass door isn’t even doing any work as it’s suspended some centimeters from the ground so water passes though. It could be nice if that was fixed or they create a barrier around the shower

A beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location in Tirana! 😊 Positive: The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was also great, and communication with the host was easy and smooth. Negative: Nothing in particular. Everything went well, and I really enjoyed my stay.
