Der grösste betrug den ich jemals erlebt habe ! Positive: Es war sehr Beschämend Negative: ⭐ 1/5 – One of the worst experiences I have ever had I booked 2 villas for a total of 6 people for 2 nights at Muraga Villas in Tirana. When making the reservation, I specifically made sure that the villas had a double bed and a sofa bed. I even paid a higher price specifically for this arrangement. When we arrived, it was an absolute disaster. The sofa bed could not even be opened and was completely unsuitable for an adult to sleep on. This meant that the accommodation was simply not suitable for the number of people I had paid for. I immediately contacted the property. They told me to contact “Pik Host”, first Dea and then Yulia. I contacted them, but instead of actually solving the problem, everyone seemed to pass the responsibility to someone else. What makes the situation even more unbelievable: they contacted me on WhatsApp and told me that I should cancel my Booking.com reservation and book directly with them instead — and in return they would give me €10 off. 😂 Why would I cancel a confirmed Booking.com reservation after arriving at the property and then book directly with them? I found this extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Because the sofa bed was unusable, I had to book an additional accommodation elsewhere at my own expense. We ended up only being able to properly accommodate 2 people per villa, even though I had paid for 3 people per villa. And it gets worse: there was not even proper bed linen available in the accommodation. I contacted them about this on WhatsApp as well, but they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I have screenshots of the Booking.com reservation details and the entire WhatsApp conversation and can provide them as evidence. The booking clearly shows the accommodation and sleeping arrangements that were reserved and paid for. Despite sending them the screenshots, they continued to claim that I had booked incorrectly.

Positive: Very clean, compact and comfortable, staffs were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was too good , connected to a fabulous restaurant

Agréable séjour mais pour une courte durée Positive: - La villa est bien équipée et agréable. Le restaurant où on a pris le petit-déjeuner est très reposant, agréable, très vert et bien entretenu. - Le lit est très confortable et très propre. - Bon sèche cheveux ! - Accès au parking facile Negative: - La villa semblait plus grande sur les photos - Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas un buffet mais une seule assiette composée de 3 tranches de pain/ un morceau de Feta, une omelette, 3 tranches de tomates, 3 de concombre, beurre et confiture... avec une bouteille d'eau et un seul café! ( si on en veut un autre, il faut le payer). Et ce petit-déjeuner était le même pendant nos 6 jours... Mais le 2ème et 3ème jour on a eu des pains fait maison supplémentaires qui étaient très bons! - La nuit, il y avait souvent des chiens du voisinage qui aboyaient et cela nous a un peu perturbé notre sommeil. - il manquait des cintres pour nos vêtements
