Positive: Location is great, Kersi was great to contact whenever I needed, beautiful set up and extremely comfortable bed! Exactly what I needed. Felt safe too. Negative: The apartment had some issues - glassware and bowls dirty, the shower head was broken, and the washing machine flooded the floor (the cleaning lady came immediately though).
