Good space and location, but not great for a long stay for a family. Positive: The flat is located within a 5-minute walk from the city centre, which is excellent. It has plenty of shops nearby. If you come with your family and children, there is plenty of space. It has air conditioning in each room. Negative: Although the flat is spacious and looks great in the pictures, there are some things you should be aware of. First of all, it's a second floor with no lift, not ideal for pushchairs. The most significant issues for us were the constant drills and hammers on the flat above, as they are renovating the flat above. Be aware that if you plan to take a nap or have kids who sleep during lunchtime, you will probably struggle, as the builders work every day except on Sundays. When we arrived, we didn't feel that it was properly cleaned, especially the floor, which we had mopped, and the water was quite dirty. We also had to buy a mop head because the one they had was filthy, and a dust pan because they didn't have one. The smaller bathroom shower plate doesn't have a curtain, and water was everywhere after a shower because the drain was clogged. There is no storage space in this bathroom, so you'll need to leave your toiletries elsewhere. Some bedsheets didn't fit well and had holes in the corners. Additionally, there are no roller blinds, so as soon as the sun comes out, the rooms are flooded with light, making it difficult to get a great rest.
