Positive: One of several private apartments within a larger hotel complex there was a vibrant pool with a party atmosphere. There was also access to a beach with a diving platform for a quieter vibe. We got reduced rates for access to both which seemed to be fairly standard in Albania. It was also a secure, gated complex. Bougainville Bay is situated just to the south of the main Sarande promenade and the location worked well for us.
Negative: This appears to be managed remotely on behalf of a private owner. This wasn't an issue as Piki Host were very responsive via WhatsApp.
